Customers pick a slot on your calendar — included on Elite and Ultra. Not a Marketing SKU.
In-shop appointments are on Pro. Self-booking is Elite and Ultra. Not sold as a Marketing add-on.

Starts the RO path
No Jotform copy-paste — same record the bay will work.
Illustrative slot times — story chrome. No fake no-show ROI.
They need a time at 9 p.m. What you should not have to do Monday morning is retype a name, a phone number, and “check engine” from a web form dump into the calendar. Online booking on Elite lets the customer pick a slot on your calendar — and that booking creates or lands on the same customer, vehicle, and appointment path in ShopRally. No orphan form pile. No second system. The appointment is the start of the RO the bay will work.
This is not a Marketing add-on SKU. Self-booking is included on Elite and Ultra packaging. Pro still runs the in-shop calendar at the counter — customers do not self-book on Pro, and we will say so plainly instead of pretending every plan includes a public booker. We will not claim Google Book Online. We will not invent waitlist AI, dynamic bay pricing, or no-show percentage ROI. Ultra after-hours SMS can cover nights as a conversation product, but it does not auto-book the bay on this page’s story — the booking link does.
If you have ever spent Monday morning copy-pasting weekend form submissions into the schedule, this page is for you. If you have ever paid a Marketing sticker price for a booker that should live next to the calendar, this page is for you. Online booking is Elite Delight — included, not bolted on.
Delight
They book. It shows up on the same calendar.
Most shops still take after-hours demand the slow way: a website form, a Facebook message, a voicemail that says “call me back.” Monday, someone retypes. The booking never quite becomes the RO. The bay works a different record than the one the customer thought they created.
ShopRally puts self-booking on Elite. The customer opens the shop’s booking link on their phone — not an app download story. They pick a time the shop exposed. Confirm. The booking writes customer, vehicle, and appointment into ShopRally. Morning, the advisor sees it on the same calendar the floor already trusts. The appointment starts the RO path. That is the anti-form-dump promise, and it is the whole wedge of this page.
Pro is not erased. Pro runs in-shop appointments on the same customer / vehicle / RO model — at the counter. Self-booking is the Elite and Ultra upgrade. We will not pretend Pro includes a public slot picker. We will not sell booking as a separate Marketing package. Packaging that tells the truth is how founding shops trust the gate.
If you have ever lost a weekend lead because the form never became a calendar card, this page is for you. If you have ever paid twice — once for the shop system, again for a Marketing booker — this page is for you. Included on Elite means included.
Channel gate
Pro in-shop vs Elite self-booking
Both Delight packaging pages keep the gate visible. This page’s unique honesty visual is self-booking as Elite packaging — not a Marketing SKU — with Pro calendar muted and honest.
Pro · In-shop calendar
Advisor books at the counter
Same customer / vehicle / RO model. Customers don't self-book yet.
Elite · Self-booking included
Customer-facing slot picker
Creates or links customer, vehicle, and appointment in ShopRally. Included on Elite and Ultra — not a Marketing add-on.
Automated appointment reminders ship with Elite alongside booking.
Ultra inherits Elite booking. The SMS assistant does not auto-book the bay. After-hours customers can still use the booking link.
If the job is “run the schedule at the counter,” Pro is enough. If the job is “let them pick a slot that lands on the same record,” Elite is the upgrade — included, not a Marketing SKU. We keep Google Book Online off this landing unless Truth later unlocks it.
Same record
Same record the bay will work
The booking is not a spreadsheet row waiting for someone to care. It is the start of the RO path on the same objects the floor already uses.
Appointment · customer + vehicle
Thu 4:30p · CR-V
Customer and vehicle attached — starts the RO the bay will work.
Soft peek: booking wrote into the same CRM objects.
They book. It shows up on the same calendar. No retyping from a form dump. Customer name, vehicle basics, slot, short service note — as the product allows. We will not invent VIN-at-booking or plate→VIN on this page; plate→VIN is Elite Operate packaging elsewhere. We will not invent a second booking CMS outside ShopRally.
Morning advisor opens the calendar they already trust. The new appointment is highlighted. Customer and vehicle are attached. From there the floor works the same path: appointment → RO → estimate → approve when ready. Deep links carry the mental model; this page does not restage the entire Appointments or Customers landings.
What this section will not mock: Google Book Online buttons, Marketing SKU checkout, call-center queues, fake capacity heatmaps with invented utilization percentages, or an SMS assistant auto-confirming bookings unsupervised.
- They book. It shows up on the same calendar.
- No retyping from a form dump.
- Included on Elite — not a Marketing add-on.
- Pro still runs in-shop appointments.
On their phone
On their phone: pick a slot, land ready
This is the customer-first booking journey. Numbered on their device and the shop morning, not as a generic floor-steps block.

They need a time.
They open the shop’s booking link on their phone. Not an app download story.
2
Pick a slot on your calendar.
Day chips, time list, confirm. Your availability, their phone.
3

Name, phone, vehicle basics. Short note is fine (“Brakes shudder”).
4

Creates customer, vehicle, and appointment in ShopRally. No Monday retype.
5
Appointment starts the RO path.
Morning advisor sees it on the same calendar the bay trusts.

Reminders (Elite).
Automated appointment reminders ship with Elite alongside booking.
1. They need a time. After hours or mid-day. They open the shop’s booking link on their phone. Not an app download story. Your availability, their phone.
2. Pick a slot on your calendar. They choose a time the shop exposed — day chips, time list, confirm. Copy stays on “your availability” until product confirms bay-capacity rules. Do not invent dynamic pricing.
3. Confirm details. Name, phone, vehicle basics as product allows. Short free-text service note is fine (“Brakes shudder”). Do not invent VIN-at-booking or a full inspection at the booker.
4. It lands on the same record. Booking creates customer, vehicle, and appointment in ShopRally. No form copy-paste. No Monday retype. The orphan form pile is the pain this beat kills.
5. Appointment starts the RO path. Morning advisor sees it on the same calendar the bay trusts. The appointment becomes the start of the RO they will work. Pair: /features/appointments and /features/customers.
6. Reminders (Elite). Automated appointment reminders ship with Elite alongside booking. Pro keeps the in-shop calendar without productizing self-book reminders. Soft reminder chip only — do not steal the Two-way SMS templates story.
Pro shops still schedule at the counter. Self-booking is the Elite/Ultra upgrade — included, not a Marketing SKU. No Google Book Online claim. Ultra SMS assistant does not auto-book the bay.
Elite reminders
Reminders on Elite, next to booking
Live step expanded: automated appointment reminders ship with Elite alongside online booking. That is packaging honesty, not a drip-marketing tour.
Reminders reduce the “did they forget?” loop without inventing no-show ROI percentages. Settings stay simple — remind before the appointment — without a multi-step campaign builder on this page. Review-request campaigns belong on Reviews. Two-way SMS templates belong on Two-way SMS. This page keeps the reminder callout next to booking so Elite reads as one packaging story: self-book + remind.
Pro still runs the in-shop calendar. Reminder productizing for self-booking is Elite. We will not pretend Pro includes customer-facing reminder automation for public booking it does not ship.
Remind before appointment
EliteSimple settings — not a drip builder. No fake no-show KPI tile.

Pro. Run the calendar at the counter. Same customer, vehicle, and RO model. Customers do not self-book. That is enough for shops that take appointments in person or by phone.
Elite. Add self-booking + reminders — included in Elite packaging at $239 Truth lock, not a bolt-on Marketing SKU. The booking lands on the same record. Share your booking link; do not invent a full website-builder claim unless product-real.
Ultra. Same booking capability at the $319 tier. Ultra’s distinct heroes are review AI drafts you publish, after-hours SMS assistant, and Service Memberships — do not steal those stories here. After-hours customers can use the booking link; the SMS assistant does not auto-book the bay on this page.
Pricing Truth lock: Pro $119 / Elite $239 / Ultra $319 · month-to-month · no lock-in. Choose Elite when self-booking and reminders matter.
