How ShopRally handles information across our website, demonstrations, accounts and shop services.

ShopRally LLC · Last updated September 10, 2026

1. Our role and your repair shop's role

ShopRally LLC operates this website and determines how information is used for its own inquiries, waitlist, demonstrations, account administration and security. When an independent repair shop uses ShopRally to manage its customers, vehicles and staff, that shop generally determines why its business records are processed. ShopRally processes those records to provide the configured service.

Contact the repair shop first about its repair records, prices or marketing practices. Contact hello@getshoprally.com about ShopRally's own processing or for help routing a request.

2. Information we receive

Depending on how you use the service, we receive contact and business details, inquiry and waitlist submissions, account identifiers, user permissions and support communications. Shop features can process customer and employee details, vehicle identifiers and history, appointments, repair orders, estimates, approvals, invoices, messages and attachments.

Payment providers receive payment credentials through their designated interfaces; ShopRally can receive transaction references, payment status and related accounting information. Technical records can include network address, browser information, timestamps, request logs and session identifiers. Optional website analytics collect usage information only after the relevant website preference permits them.

Our demo-text enrollment stores the submitted phone number, the disclosure and version agreed to, enrollment time and source, and a hashed network address for abuse controls. Do not submit passwords, full card details or unrelated sensitive records in messages or public forms.

3. How information is used

We use information to respond to requests, provide requested updates, maintain accounts, deliver configured shop features, route communications, support payments and subscriptions, troubleshoot problems, prevent misuse and meet applicable obligations. Delivery, approval, booking and feedback events can help a shop understand its own operations where those features are enabled.

Optional AI features can send selected prompts and relevant operational context to the configured AI provider. Review generated output before using it. The service-provider inventory describes supported functions; not every provider is active for every shop or website.

4. Who receives information

Authorized staff within a shop can access information according to their permissions. Hosting, database, authentication, communications, payment and other providers receive information needed to perform their configured functions. A shop may direct data to an integration it chooses. Those independently selected services may also have their own policies.

Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law or valid legal process, to protect security or legal rights, or in connection with a business reorganization subject to applicable protections. We do not treat a list of supported integrations as permission to send every record to every provider.

5. Mobile information and messaging consent

We do not sell mobile information or share it with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message originator opt-in information and consent are excluded from marketing sharing. Providers that deliver or support messaging may process this information to perform that service.

Consent is specific to the identified sender and purpose. A contact number, repair booking or software agreement does not by itself authorize promotional texts. Reply STOP to the sending number to unsubscribe and HELP for assistance. A STOP request can block service and marketing texts from the same sender; do not rely on it to affect only one category. See the Messaging Terms.

6. Cookies, analytics and your choices

Necessary storage supports sessions, security and requested website functions. Optional website analytics remain off until you choose to allow them. You can accept or reject optional analytics, or change that choice, on the Cookies & Privacy Choices page. Where your browser sends Global Privacy Control, optional analytics remain off. This preference is for the current browser; your repair shop's account and messaging choices are separate.

You can also use browser controls to restrict cookies or storage, although some requested functions may stop working. Withdrawing an analytics preference stops future collection through the website's analytics integration; it does not erase information already processed. Contact us about any separate deletion request.

7. Retention and safeguards

Retention depends on the purpose of the record, the service relationship, shop instructions, operational needs and applicable obligations. Closing an account does not instantly delete all records or backups. Accounting, consent, suppression, security and dispute evidence can require longer retention. Data return and deletion requests are reviewed through support; we do not promise an automatic 30-day purge of all tenant data.

We use access controls and provider safeguards to protect information, but no system guarantees perfect security. Processing locations depend on the providers and enabled features. Contact us about relevant arrangements before submitting information subject to specific location or international-transfer requirements.

8. Access, correction and other requests

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal information, and to object to or limit certain processing. Send a request to hello@getshoprally.com, identify your relationship to ShopRally and, where relevant, the repair shop involved. We may verify identity and authority, clarify the request and account for legal retention duties. We will not ask for your password.

If you are acting for someone else, include a way to establish your authority. For shop-controlled records, we may route the request to the shop and assist it as appropriate. You may withdraw optional messaging consent without purchasing a product. Contact us if you believe your request was handled incorrectly; you may also have the right to contact a relevant regulator.

9. Children

ShopRally is designed for automotive businesses and adults evaluating their software. Our website and demo enrollment are not directed to children. If you believe a child has supplied personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review it.

10. Updates and contact

We revise this notice when our practices change and show the updated date. We provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. Contact ShopRally LLC at hello@getshoprally.com for privacy questions, requests or assistance.
